2026 Assessment – DUE NOW
| Dear Meyerland Residents, This is a friendly reminder that the 2026 statements for the annual MCIA Maintenance Assessment and Security Fees were emailed and mailed out December 19, 2025. Payments were due by January 31, 2026. Property owners with an outstanding balance as of February 16, 2025, will be charged a 10% interest fee per annum on unpaid maintenance assessments. If you are remitting payment by check, you can mail them to our office at 4999 West Bellfort Street, Houston, TX 77035, or drop them off in our mailbox. To make your payment online, please visit our website at Meyerland.net and click Homeowner Resources > Make a Payment. Please have your statement handy; you will need your account number to remit payment online.
