Meyerland has 22 unique sets of deed restrictions. These are a collection of covenants imposed on all properties in each subdivision. They also define the association obligations, owner rights and obligations, and restrictions on each owner’s use of property and behavior.
The deed restrictions establish each owner’s financial obligation to share in funding the association’s operating costs, membership and voting rights, architectural control authority. Finally, the deed restrictions provide authority for the association to administer and enforce the deed restrictions. Amendment requirements vary according to each restriction.
