The application and the required supporting documents for your project may be uploaded. All Application fees and deposits must be received before an application can be Accepted or Reviewed. Fees can be dropped off to the MCIA Office at 4999 West Bellfort Ave, Houston TX 77035. Only check or money order can be processed in the office. Credit Card payments may be remitted online. Please put the property address and the application type in the memo line. ***Make sure your application is complete prior to submission.
