There are concerns about the time it takes for applications to be reviewed by the RCC. This committee’s objectives are to:

• Review the current RCC processes and procedures along with the RCC Chair and committee members
• Look for opportunities to improve the processes while maintaining the rigorous review against deed restrictions and policies
• Develop a report for recommended changes
• Present the report to the Board for approval

The committee’s recommendations cannot violate state law, deed restrictions, or MCIA bylaws.

The committee should have a recommendation for the Board by the April 2025 MCIA Board Meeting.
