| Dear Meyerland Section 2 Neighbors, We have an exciting update to share — and more importantly, we’d love your feedback. Over the past several years, MCIA has been working to modernize Meyerland’s deed restrictions. With 22 different sets across the community, this has been a significant undertaking. The goals are straightforward: update building standards to reflect today’s needs, comply with current laws, clear up language that’s been ambiguous, and bring greater consistency across sections.
